Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed and shipped within the standard handling time once payment is confirmed.
- Shipping timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Before Shipping: You may request a cancellation and full refund only before your order has been shipped.
- After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be offered.
- Refund Processing: If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Please allow 7–8 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns/Exchanges are not allowed once the order has been shipped and delivered.
- In the rare case that you receive a wrong item, you must provide proof of the issue by emailing us at hi@wheelzontop.store.
- The proof must include a clear video recording of the package being opened along with photographs of the item received.
- Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your claim.
